What fuels Leon is the belief that food should taste good and do you good. And that everyone should be able to enjoy it. To do this, we’ve set about to change the face of fast food.
Our food is naturally full of flavour, full of goodness, and from people we know and like. We cook with seasonal ingredients, olive oil and fresh herbs and spices.
We want to help guide our guests through our menu and make well-informed choices about what to eat. That’s why all of our restaurants have Foodie Fact Sheets, which list out the full ingredient and nutritional profile of each dish, as well as noting any allergens present in that dish. Our team members and managers are trained to ask our guests if they have an allergy and, if they do, help guide them through the Foodie Fact Sheet. Please note that we do handle all allergens in our kitchen and can never 100% guarantee that any of our dishes will be allergen-free.
